The Opportunity
We are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join the kitchen team in key roles:
• Chef de Partie – Larder and Grill sections
• Junior Sous Chef – supporting daily operations and mentoring junior staff
This is a rare opportunity to work with an award-winning leadership team dedicated to precision, creativity and the highest standards of Australian produce. You'll be part of a focused, collaborative kitchen with a clear vision and strong mentorship.
You
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a high-quality restaurant
• Sound understanding of contemporary Australian cuisine
• Strong technical skills and pride in consistency
• HACCP knowledge and food safety awareness
• Calm, reliable and motivated to learn
• Excellent communication and presentation
