The RoleWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our supportive and dedicated team at our office.
In this role, you will work closely with our Payroll Manager and be responsible for assisting with end-to-end payroll processing.
Your efforts will ensure that our incredible team members are paid accurately and on time, every time.If you're passionate about payroll, have a strong eye for detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly payroll for our growing teamMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with award requirementsManage superannuation, leave entitlements, and payroll queriesAssist with reporting and reconciliation as requiredLiaise with our Operations and HR team to support smooth payroll operationsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in payroll processing (minimum 2 years preferred)Familiarity with payroll systems (Dayforce or similar is a plus)Strong attention to detail and time management skillsSolid understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and superannuationA great communicator who thrives in a team environmentWhy Join Us?
