Responsibilities
* Leading a highperforming national operations function, including Business Development Managers and Training Representatives, to build capability, consistency, and a strong performance culture across all venues.
* Coaching Franchise Partners and venue leaders through business reviews, strategy planning, and operational standards to ensure every venue runs profitably and effectively.
* Driving national guest experience outcomes by elevating product quality, service execution, and brand standards to deliver a marketleading sports bar experience.
* Taking ownership of sales growth, operational KPIs, COGS and labour performance, using data and insights to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
* Ensuring compliance across liquor licensing, health and safety, gaming, wagering, and national audit requirements to uphold our licence to operate and protect the brand.
* Leading the operational delivery of new venue openings, ensuring every launch is smooth, aligned, and set up for immediate success.
Qualifications
* 10+ years' experience in multisite hospitality or QSR leadership, with a strong track record driving operational KPIs.
* Experience working within a franchise network, and the ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with Franchise Partners and venue leaders.
* Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of COGS, labour optimisation, and financial performance drivers.
* Highlevel understanding of compliance across liquor, health, gaming, and safety requirements.
* A peoplefirst leadership style that blends coaching, accountability, clear communication, and the ability to inspire high performance.
* A decisive, dataled mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive meaningful improvements across the network.
* The flexibility to travel nationally to support venues and Franchise Partners.
