HVAC & Refrigeration Technician — Location: Brisbane, QLD (and wider QLD as required).

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Mobile Role.
The Role
We're seeking an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to help keep one of Australia's largest fuel retail networks operating smoothly and efficiently.
In this mobile role, you'll travel to client sites in a company-supplied vehicle, working as part of a multi-trade team.
Using your technical expertise, you'll carry out service, maintenance, and remedial works to ensure sites remain safe, reliable, and customer ready.

What You'll Be Doing
Assemble, install, test and maintain HVAC & Refrigeration units
Perform preventative and corrective service work on HVAC-R assets
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and implement remedial actions
Inspect, maintain and support BMS systems (training available if required)
Work collaboratively with a mobile multi-trade team to meet client needs
Ensure compliance with WHSE standards, industry regulations, and BGIS systems
Your Education, Experience & Skills
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration (minimum qualification)
ARCtick Licence (advantageous but not essential)
White Card (mandatory)
Current manual driver's licence (mandatory)
WPCG accreditation or fuels retail experience (advantageous)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience working in a customer-facing environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive, positive, and safety-focused approach
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
