About the role
As the Locum Coordinator, you will work closely with department heads managing nursing, midwifery and allied health workforces to identify any workforce gaps that require locum coverage. Once the need for locum cover is identified and approved by the budget holder, this position is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and meeting compliance requirements, as well as for invoicing and accruals in conjunction with finance. You will also responsible for arranging accommodation in conjunction with Business Services and their accommodation related facilities and processes
