About the Role:
* Develop meaningful relationships with employers to identify job openings and promote inclusive hiring practices.
* Work closely with participants to understand their goals, address barriers, and create customized employment pathways.
* Match participants to suitable roles and provide comprehensive support during recruitment, placement, and post-placement care.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive performance and meet key targets related to placements, customer satisfaction, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit and build lasting relationships with local businesses to secure sustainable employment matches for people with intellectual disabilities.
* Maintain accurate case notes and documentation aligned with organisational standards.
