Concrete Batching Professional
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Batching Professional to join our team in Gracemere, Queensland.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring accurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix designs.
* Allocating trucks for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinating equipment repair and calibration.
* Supervising and managing staff effectively.
* Leading by example with demonstrated safety leadership behaviors.
* Maintaining plant and equipment at optimal levels to achieve high utilization rates.
* Operating Agitator Trucks as required.
Requirements:
* A valid HR driver's license is essential.
* A white card is also required.
* Relevant experience in batching and/or the concrete industry is necessary.
