Responsibilities
Preparing and serving food and drinks to high standards.
Ensure the security and proper storage of floats, guest property, food and beverage products, inventory and equipment, replenishing supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste.
Ensure that all food and beverage facilities and equipment, including restaurant spaces, are cleaned, vacuumed and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume.
Ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in a Restaurant & Bars.
Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or in Food & Beverage related field preferred.
Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
Excellent communication skills.
