The primary role of this position is to provide front of house and administrative support for Community Links Wellbeing and the Mental Health team. Based in our Bowral Office responsibilities include all aspects of administration support, answering phones, maintaining office and group spaces along with consumer liaison and interaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all the necessary supplies
· Ensure entire office is neat, presentable and stocked up at all times.
· Answering phone
· Answer all client queries forwarding to appropriate staff as necessary
· Check street mailbox
· First point of contact for all office related issues including but not limited to coordination of general office maintenance and/or issues
· Coordinating office consumables and resources
· Accepting deliveries
· Facilitating team meetings including but not limited to minute taking and agenda preparation
· Coordinate meeting logistics as required
· Managing consultation (meeting) room bookings
· Manage food donation deliveries and distribute hampers to consumers as needed
· Set up of room bookings (including equipment) for events/ functions
· Group or event administration support including registers and production of flyers as instructed
· Provide administrative support to Mental Health Team management
· Assisting with the Mental Health’s commercial programs as required
· Liaison with external parties
Essential Selection Criteria
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience with database systems and reporting portals
Experience in Customer focused service, written, phone and face to face
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
