What you'll be doing
* Lead and support outreach activities that promote social connection and engagement
* Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in preparing and serving meals, ensuring a welcoming dining experience
* Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on enhancing the client experience
* Follow individual care plans to meet each client's unique needs and preferences
* Provide mobility assistance to support safe and comfortable movement
* Stay attuned to emotional and physical needs, ensuring care is always person‐centred and responsive
Essential
* A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
* Confidence using systems and technology in your daily work
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
* Current First Aid and CPR certificationExperience working in centre‐based settings or with people with disability
