In this role, you'll help ensure the practice runs smoothly, step in where needed, and play a key part in delivering exceptional patient experiences and fostering team engagement. You'll support both patients and clinicians with a warm, approachable, and professional attitude.
You'll be working alongside a fantastic team of dental assistants, receptionists, and specialists who are passionate about creating beautiful smiles. About You
You are a motivated and capable dental professional who enjoys supporting both people and processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident stepping into a leadership role when needed.
You will bring:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a dental practice, including reception experience and working knowledge of D4W software
* Exposure to team leadership, mentoring, or acting‐in‐charge responsibilities
* A strong understanding of infection control standards and compliance
* A confident, positive, and approachable communication style
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem‐solve effectively
* Strong communication, customer service and phone skills
* Certification III in Dental Assisting (desirable)
* Current Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
