Pay: SCHADS Level 2.1 to 2.3 depending on experience

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong MYOB skills and experience working with NDIS funding and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform reconciliations, including bank and general ledger accounts
* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
* Data entry and financial processing in MYOB
* Match and approve bank feed transactions in MYOB
* Assist with payroll processing (MYOB)
* Prepare and assist with statutory lodgements (fortnightly, monthly, quarterly)
* Generate financial reports as required
* Complete month-end and end-of-financial-year tasks
* Ensure compliance with NDIS financial and reporting requirements
* Liaise with external accountants and support audits
* Work closely with management to provide financial insights
About You
* Proven bookkeeping experience (NDIS experience highly regarded)
* Strong MYOB skills (essential)
* Experience with Flowlogic software is an advantage
* Solid understanding of NDIS processes and funding (preferred)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
