About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at PRD Ashmore in a full time role as an Assistant Property Manager and 'all-rounder'.
Responsibilities
- Front of house
- Coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Handling tenant enquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Managing property compliance (smoke alarm and pool safety)
- Preparing routine property condition reports
- Assisting with the leasing process, including advertising vacant properties
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
- Providing support to the property management team as required
Requirements
- Must have admin/reception experience
- Previous experience in a property management or real estate assistant role, preferred
- A valid driver's licence
- A valid real estate license or the willingness to obtain one
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
