Job Description
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing the client's daily commercial and contractual needs. This includes:
* Tendering and procurement, drafting contractual correspondence, and developing claims.
* Managing subcontractors, including packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
* Assisting with progress claims and external variations to ensure projects are completed on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in a related field, such as law or business.
* Significant experience in commercial and contractual risk management.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Clear, articulate communication, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
* Experience in delivering commercial projects, with knowledge of the local construction market and subcontractors.
