CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our Bibra Lake location. This role involves driving parts sales growth through smart strategy and resource management, leading a passionate team, and making a real impact in the heavy vehicle parts industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new sales opportunities across TRP, Kenworth, DAF, Cummins, and trailer parts.
* Build strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement.
* Ensure compliance and training standards are met across the team.
* Oversee inventory control, showroom merchandising, and warehouse accuracy.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a parts management role within the truck or transport industry.
* Proven success in sales growth and operational leadership.
* A natural ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
