We are seeking a permanent, full-time Rosters Manager to oversee and optimise employee rosters to meet operational needs while ensuring smooth communication and efficient resource allocation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and adjust daily employee rosters based on staffing needs and availability.
* Organise travel and accommodation for staff as required.
* Track attendance and manage record-keeping diligently.
* Communicate scheduling updates clearly and manage conflicts proactively.
* Oversee rostering software configuration and provide system support to staff.
* Drive operational efficiencies and contribute to a positive work environment.

* Experience in planning and scheduling roles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
