Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Role: Stylists & Personal Shoppers – Independent Contractor, Remote. Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week. Duration: 5 weeks. Collaborate with a leading AI research lab. Design and evaluate advanced shopping-assistant AI systems.
Responsibilities
Design realistic shopper profiles
Create high-quality prompts
Develop rigorous evaluation rubrics for product-recommendation tasks
Collaborate with AI research teams
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying/merchandising, or e-commerce category management
Expertise in trend spotting and brand benchmarking
Ability to translate shopper needs into product recommendations
Proven ability to create retail assets like inventory scorecards and campaign-ROI reports
Excellent written English and keen attention to detail

Hourly Rate: $35–$50/hr (USD), depending on experience
Bonus Structure: Top performers earn $5k+ in bonus payouts
Status: Independent Contractor
Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
