About the Position:
WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client's team in Karratha.
This role will provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources Business Partners, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and interview coordination.
Standard hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, however flexible arrangements such as 9:00am – 4:00pm may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating interviews and managing HR calendars
Maintaining employee records and documentation
Ensuring confidentiality across all HR processes
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in HR administration or similar role
Strong organisation and communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems
Current WA Drivers Licence
