The Opportunity 
Redlands by the Bay Retirement Resort is a close-knit community set on maintained grounds featuring a beautifully restored Queenslander. As a passionate people person, you'll be the "First Point of Contact" for the residents and work closely with residents and various internal and external stakeholders to help ensure the smooth running of the community. You'll provide administrative support and have a customer-centred approach to your work and ability to connect with the residents. 
This is a permanent part-time position working Monday-Friday 9.30-3pm (times are flexible)

Your Impact
- Provide general administrative support including reception duties, greeting residents & visitors and ensuring common areas are inviting
- Assisting with the distribution of mail & email correspondence and coordinating events within the community
- Assist with extra tasks in and around the community, such as assisting with serving lunch daily.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as residents, visitors, community groups, contractors and fellow company colleagues.
- Complete general ad-hoc duties delegated to you by the Community Manager and provide vital support to them in their absence
- Have a passion for building on resident satisfaction and engage with multiple stakeholders at once
What you will bring
- Experience in a customer-facing Administration or Reception environment (such as Retirement Villages, Tourism, Corporate Offices or Hospitality)
- Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work and prioritise work to meet deadlines and commitments
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you!)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
