Reporting Data Analyst
This role is part of our CX team, focusing on data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve CX goals and optimize operational efficiency.
* Conduct forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
* Support real-time scheduling adjustments to meet service demands effectively.
* Develop and implement reporting processes and tools through automation and advanced data analysis.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or Information Systems is required, along with at least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or customer experience-related roles.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python or R, and CRM systems. Additionally, they should be adaptable to change and able to communicate effectively with other departments.
