Job Description:The HPC Senior System Support Engineer provides on-site technical support, installation, servicing, and maintenance for complex HPC systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, act as a trusted advisor to customers, and coordinate with support teams for problem resolution. Knowledge of security protocols, Linux/Unix, parallel file systems (Lustre, GPFS), networking, and scripting (Python, C++) is required.
