Administration Assistant - Entry Level role!
Job details:
* Entry level admin role - initial 4 week temp with potential for extension
* Located at Balcatta - free street parking or close to train
* Available for immediate start - $32.20 per hour + Super
We have a fantastic opportunity available where you can gain administration and customer service experience within a busy office environment. This is perfect if you pride yourself on your attention to detail and enjoy working with people. These roles will be assisting customers in relation to their insurance claims. Most importantly you will have the right attitude and willingness to learn plus good general typing and computer skills. This is a great opportunity where full training will be provided.
You will join an amazing team where you will be super busy and your day will fly!
Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers over the phone or via email
* Make bookings/schedule trades and assessors
* Document submissions to portals
* Maintain this database and use of various computer packages (must be computer literate and able to pick up systems)
* Basic email correspondence
* Liaise with various internal and external contacts to ensure you have the correct information
Qualifications
* Accurate data entry or typing plus ability to use MS Office
* Confident communication and customer service skills
* Thrive in an extremely fast‐paced environment
* Happy to do Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
* We are open to candidates from retail or hospitality background with transferable admin skills
