We're looking for a Regional AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) Manager to join our Brisbane or Perth team.

As a Regional AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the global AWP program across all projects within their region. This role supports projects from their earliest inception—including FEED—ensuring they are structured, planned, and configured according to Worley's global AWP standards. Once a Project AWP Manager is onboarded, the Regional AWP Manager transitions day‑to‑day ownership while remaining available for escalation, mentorship, and oversight.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Regional AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) Manager to join our team in Brisbane or Perth.

The role responsibilities include:

* Champion and support deployment of the global AWP program across all regional projects.
* Ensure projects are structured and bid according to AWP principles from inception.
* Oversee early-phase support during FEED to ensure correct setup of work packaging structures, technology, and processes.
* Monitor AWP compliance, maturity, and performance across the region.
* Support continuous improvement of global processes.
* Mentor project management and ensure alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Controls, Construction, and Commissioning.
* Ensure proper development and alignment of CWAs, PoC, CWPs, and EWPs.
* Support integration and effective use of digital tools including WFP technologies, 3D models, VCM, and materials management systems.
* Assist in project startup activities and hand over ongoing responsibilities to the assigned Project AWP Manager.
* Serve as the regional client-facing representative for all matters related to Advanced Work Packaging.
* Address and resolve client questions regarding AWP methodology, governance, best practices, and compliance.
* Ensure alignment between Worley's AWP program and client-specific requirements.
* Identify, develop, and assign qualified AWP and WFP resources across the region.
* Support competency building through training, coaching, and mentoring.
* Conduct audits, maturity assessments, and performance reviews.
* Provide guidance for corrective actions and ensure standardized reporting.

What you'll have

* Extensive years of experience in EPC/EPCm environments, including both home-office and field roles.
* Demonstrated involvement across the full project lifecycle, including conceptual engineering, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
* Significant AWP/WFP implementation experience, ideally in managerial roles.
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder alignment.
* Strong understanding of engineering deliverables, procurement workflows, and construction execution.
* Expertise with work packaging tools, 3D model visualization, construction planning platforms, and VCM.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
* Equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
* Strong communication and facilitation capabilities.
* Ability to represent Worley in client-facing discussions on AWP best practices.
* Ability to drive change and support digital transformation.
