We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Payments Specialist to join our growing team remotely. If you’re detail-oriented, confident with systems, and have a strong work ethic, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable process – invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments while maintaining strong relationships
- Debt collection and aged receivables management
- Allocate incoming payments and update Xero with high accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and reporting
- Support finance with reporting and end-of-month closing tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
- Proficient in Xero and confident navigating accounting and CRM systems
- Strong technical aptitude — quick to learn new software, tools, and digital workflows
- Ability to work independently — self-motivated, proactive, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy under pressure
- Bonus: Customer service or client-facing experience
