Role Description
These are full-time roles for Grain & Cotton Brokers based in;
* *QLD - southern or central.
* *Northern NSW - Narrabri head office.
* *Southern NSW
* *Victoria
* *South Australia
The primary responsibilities include building and managing strong client relationships, providing expert market advice, executing transactions, analyzing market trends, promoting and leveraging the AgVantage Marketplace, and facilitating trade operations. The role requires a deep understanding of grain and cotton markets and effective communication with clients to help them achieve their goals.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in sales, communication, and managing client relationships
* Strong knowledge of grain and cotton market trends and trading operations
* Analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market data and provide actionable insights
* Effective time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Proficiency with digital tools and platforms relevant to market analysis and documentation
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and collaborate effectively with a team
* Previous experience in agriculture commodities or related industries is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential
* Existing farmer (cropping) client contacts
