Are you passionate about workforce development, cultural safety, and meaningful training design? We are looking for experienced professionals to join a large Federal Government Agency for 12-month assignments across various levels (APS5 to EL1), based in Adelaide (SA) or Perth (WA).
These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to critical training and capability development initiatives that support a culturally safe and inclusive environment, with a strong focus on First Nations engagement.

Desirable Experience
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
* Experience in government, disability, or First Nations contexts
* Qualifications in education, HR, or related fields
About you
As the role is with a Federal Government Agency, applicants are required to be Australian Citizens.
Applicants will also demonstrate a strong understanding of issues affecting First Nations peoples and proven ability to work in culturally appropriate and collaborative ways.
