An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Superintendent to join a well established civil contractor delivering projects across Perth, Geraldton, the Midwest and Kalgoorlie regions.
This is a senior, hands on leadership role overseeing multiple civil projects concurrently and managing large site teams. The position offers long term stability for the right individual.
The Role
Perth or Geraldton basedDIDO role with travel across multiple WA sitesCompany vehicle provided (reasonable private use included)Oversight of 10-15 projects simultaneouslyManagement of approximately 180 - 200 personnelPredominantly site based with some office and reporting requirementsMonday to Friday role with flexibility for weekend work as required.
Projects span MRWA works, major resource clients and regional civil infrastructure.
About You
You will be a proven civil leader who has worked their way up from the tools and understands site operations inside and out.
Key Experience
10 - 15+ years experience in civil constructionStrong exposure to MRWA scopesDetailed civil earthworks backgroundProject and resource planning expertiseExperience managing large workforces across multiple sites

Strong knowledge of plant and machineryFlexible and adaptable to changing schedulesSolutions focused and proactiveAmbitious and capable of taking ownership of the roleComfortable balancing site presence with office based workCompetent with Microsoft and reporting systems
Qualifications & Requirements
S26 or Section 44Certificate III in Civil ConstructionOperator backgroundC Class Driver’s LicenceClean national Police Clearance
