We're looking for Bar Supervisors who are ready to grow with us, lead a team, and take pride in delivering great hospitality day in and day out.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee day‐to‐day service in the bar and restaurant
• Support the Restaurant Manager in training and supervising front‐of‐house staff
• Ensure smooth service, high standards, and a positive team environment
• Jump in on the floor or behind the bar as needed — lead by example
• Manage bookings, sections, and service flow
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a fast‐paced restaurant, bar or café
• Confident in both floor and bar service, with strong all‐round hospitality knowledge
• A hands‐on leader who can motivate and support the team
• Calm, organised, and great under pressure
• Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
• Based in or relocating to the Dunsborough region (accommodation not provided)
• Must have the right to work in Australia
