Join our SCA Gold Coast Sales team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do. What does your day to day look like? Lead a 15 size team consisting of High performing established sales executives, new sales executives, sales coordinators and Digital specialists. Develop, implement, and communicate local revenue growth strategies, prepare forecasts and reports, and identify new revenue opportunities in alignment with business goals. Craft, Set and Execute sales strategy with the QLD and NSW head of sales Lead the sales team through individualised coaching, recognition, recruitment, and structured performance management while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders; represent SCA at events and act as the local sales figurehead to promote business interests. Oversee advertising sales, proposal approvals, contract execution, sales promotions, and inventory management to ensure commercial and operational excellence. Partner with content, brand, promotions, and creative teams to deliver effective client outcomes, and support broader organisational initiatives as required. What you’ll need: Excellent communication skills and the ability to adopt and using a range of styles, tools, and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally Senior Executive Sales leadership experience successfully leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing sales team within the media sector Strong negotiation skills and able to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business Superior presentation skills an able to deliver attractive, accurate and customer focused communication A strong local network and knowledge of the local and interstate media landscape Let us sweeten the deal!
