About The Role
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manage daily operations and after-hours callouts.
Oversee guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts.
Assist with budgeting and revenue maximization.
Deliver excellent guest service.
Inspire and support the team.
Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new guests.

About You
We are seeking a dynamic individual capable of ensuring the smooth operation of the park and leading park activities in the Manager's absence.

Proven experience in hospitality or accommodation management.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on training and development.
Financial management and budgeting experience.
Tech-savvy with RMS or similar reservation system experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts.
