This role is designed to add an additional layer of support for our operational leaders and help strengthen our "Safety First, 24/7" culture across all sites.You'll lead a team of passionate Health & Safety Advisors and report directly to the General Manager – HSE and Human Resources.
This is a head office-based role in Bibra Lake, with regular travel to our operational sites across the southern corridor of Perth, North West WA, Adelaide, Alice Springs, and Darwin.What You'll Be DoingLead the Health & Safety function across multiple sites, aligning safety strategy with operational objectives.Partner with leaders across all levels to embed a proactive, engaged, and positive safety culture.Mentor and develop our safety team to build capability, consistency, and continuous improvement.Oversee safety metrics, audits, and trend analysis to identify risks and support risk mitigation strategies.Drive and deliver engaging safety initiatives and campaigns that bring our values to life.Support the business in ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory HSE requirements.What You'll BringTertiary qualifications in Health & Safety (Diploma or Degree).Minimum 5+ years' experience in a senior safety leadership role, ideally within transport, logistics or heavy industry.Formal incident investigation training (e.g.
