OverviewThe Visitor Experience is a 7 day a week operation with this role required to contribute to ensuring that outstanding performance is delivered compliantly every day.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The primary role of the Visitor Experience Retail Sales Assistant is to support and contribute to a high level of service and deliver an exceptional experience to consumers.
Additionally, you will be expected to model positive behaviours such as proactive consumer engagement, immersive storytelling, and model a growth mindset to also contribute positively to a large, diverse, cross functional team.
They will be responsible for achieving service and sales targets, which can involve various staff training such as selling techniques (on selling/up selling) and product knowledge (features and advantages).
