About the Role
As our Business Manager (F&I), you will play a pivotal role in delivering customer experiences while maximising finance and insurance penetration. You will work closely with our sales team to structure tailored finance solutions for our clients. Unlike most dealerships, we have 45+ lenders on our panel to enable no missed opportunity.

You will
* Facilitate clients with Finance and Insurance products
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximise finance opportunities
* Ensure compliance and accurate documentation
* Contribute to a positive, results‑focused culture
* Build strong relationships with lenders, insurers, and finance partners.
