About the Role:
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team on the Coffs Coast. You will be working closely with NDIS participants to support them in their daily lives—promoting independence, choice, and community inclusion.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and community access
* Supporting participants in achieving their NDIS goals
* Encouraging independence and building life skills
* Accurate and timely documentation and reporting
* Maintaining professional boundaries and upholding participant dignity and respect
About You:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or relevant experience
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance and valid driver's licence
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
