The main role of the Education Support Officer is to co-ordinate and deliver support tailored to participants needs, with the primary focus of enrolling suitable participants into training and then providing ongoing support to maximise completion rates. Through high levels of mentoring and guidance, the Education Support Officer will work closely with participants to ensure they are provided with the most appropriate support to maximise completion rates. You will also work to market our courses to prospective TtW Participants and ensure maximum enrolment and completion rates.

* Engagement and enrolment of TtW participants, ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met;
* Business development and marketing of our courses to prospective TtW participants, ensuring maximum referrals and enrolments;
* Conduct Reverse Marketing, telemarketing, and Cold Calling activities to generate sustainable education opportunities;
* Meet monthly Education placement and outcome targets as detailed in the KPI Quarterly Agreement
* Provide quality post placement support that establishes effective relationships with TtW participants and Training Providers;
* Liaise effectively with trainers and training coordinator to ensure the required attendance of participants is high and reschedule any participants who need further training to achieve education completions;
* Reviewing participants assessment documentation as needed and providing assistance as required;
* Identifying LLN requirements of TtW participants and conveying support needs as required to trainers and training staff

* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential;

* Experience with electronic Document Management systems is desirable;
* A satisfactory National Police Check and a current Working With Children Check
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
* A willingness to work across the Greater Perth Metro Region
* Current and valid driver's licence insurance.
* Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines, and to maintain a consistent level of professionalism.
* An ability to work effectively within a busy team environment, and also to work unsupervised.
* Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist team members.
* A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems.
* A can-do attitude, flexible and mature approach to work tasks, and a willingness to learn.

* To Be Considered, You Will Need To:

* Have full Australian working rights
* Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
* Have (or be able to pass) a Working with Children Check
* Have (or be willing to set up) a MyGovID account
