We are currently seeking experienced FIFO All Rounder Operators to join leading civil and mining contractors across Western Australia. With multiple projects underway and commencing throughout 2026, we are keen to speak with operators who are confident working across a range of machinery and thrive in fast-paced production environments.
About the Roles: You will play a key role supporting site teams across bulk earthworks, road construction and general civil works. These positions are FIFO on a 2:1 roster from Perth, working across established mining and infrastructure projects.
We're looking for people who:
* Have 2+ years' experience operating multiple machines within civil or mining environments
* Are currently inducted with BHP, FMG or Rio Tinto
* Hold relevant RII tickets / VOCs and White Card
* Are confident operating a mix of plant such as excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, rollers etc.
* Can pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
* Have a strong safety mindset and ability to work within production targets
* Hold a valid HR driver's licence
