Clinical Nurse | BlueCare | Bundaberg Region
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse to provide clinical leadership and expert nursing care within our BlueCare residential aged care facilities across the Bundaberg region.

* Employment Term: Permanent roles available
* Location: Facilities available across Bundaberg region
* Remuneration: $59.43 – $60.70 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Responsibilities
* Provide expert clinical leadership and advice in the management of complex resident care needs
* Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of resident care plans to promote health, wellbeing and quality of life
* Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical assessments and documentation
* Support staff orientation, mentoring, clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
* Promote a consultative and collaborative approach to resident care planning and quality activities
* Assist in ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, legislation and clinical governance requirements
* Support accurate and timely ACFI assessments to ensure optimal funding outcomes
* Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, families and external stakeholders
* Participate in continuous quality improvement, risk management and workplace health and safety activities
Qualifications
* Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Extensive general nursing experience with strong clinical skills
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
* Understanding of person‐centred, resident‐based care delivery
* Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment
* Intermediate computer skills and accurate clinical documentation capability
* Ability to meet relevant probity checks and compliance requirements
