About the role
As a Care Worker supporting clients in the Annandale NSW and surrounding areas, you will be part providing quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport, among others.
- Develop genuine connections with clients and help them live their best possible lives.
What we need from you
- Be a fluent speaker in English and be willing to provide weekly social support in a group community setting in addition to home services.
- Have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients.
- Be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. Be proficient in smartphone technology, apps and email.
- Have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check: A current NDIS Worker Screening Check is required to ensure eligibility to work with individuals in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
