The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to work in a supportive, hands‑on environment where your skills will be valued and developed. You'll be involved in the fabrication of steel components for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, working with a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and assemble steel structures and components
* Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
* Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
* Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced tradespeople (for apprentices)
What We're Looking For Qualified Boilermakers
* Experience in MIG welding and structural steel fabrication
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
