**Primary Purpose of Role**

- Work experience as TAC, HR Assistant, or similar role
- Basic level of labour legislation
- Computer proficiency
- Experience using recruitment platforms/social networks (LinkedIn in particular)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- An excellent work ethic, a desire for continued learning and drive to deliver best outcomes
- Great people skills
**Key Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited too, the below.
**RECRUITMENT**
- Post job advertisements, position descriptions and other administrative tasks as required
- Maintain and grow the talent pool and ensure database is up to date
- Work closely with hiring managers to support them in identifying their team requirements / hiring processes for each position.
- Supporting the L&D team with administrative functions
- Foster a collaborative environment with members and internal staff
