Bring your expertise in Treasury, Internal Audit, and Risk to help top financial institutions navigate regulatory complexity and market uncertainty.
What will your typical day look like?
As part of our Treasury and Capital Markets team, you'll work alongside experienced Partners and Directors to deliver critical advice to banking clients.
You'll assess the impacts of new regulatory standards, support audits, and help clients enhance their risk and treasury functions.
Your day could include reviewing liquidity and capital risk frameworks, validating market risk models, advising on treasury policies and procedures, or valuing complex financial instruments.
You'll also support regulatory programs and initiatives, applying your knowledge of banking standards and risk management to deliver structured, high-impact solutions.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences: Strong experience in internal/external audit or risk roles in the banking industry Working knowledge of key APRA Prudential Standards (e.g., APS110, APS111, APS116, APS117, APS210) Hands-on experience in liquidity risk, capital management, treasury operations, and market risk (traded and non-traded) Exposure to capital planning, ICAAP, and recovery/resolution planning (CPS190 and CPS900) A structured, methodical approach to delivering reviews and validation activities Strong interest in financial markets and regulatory change Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients A collaborative team mindset and willingness to adapt and try new approaches Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA/CFA/CIA are advantageous
