Fish House Steak & Grill is the Sunshine Coast's newest elegant dining destination, created by the award-winning team behind Bella Venezia.
Located just 100 metres from the beach on the iconic Mooloolaba Spit, our venue blends contemporary coastal style with an exciting Japanese Fusion menu. Our food offering is seafood-dominant and supported by a premium steakhouse selection featuring the finest cuts available. The product is exceptional and crafted to deliver a truly elevated dining experience.
We operate 7 days, lunch and dinner, from 11:30am until late. Guests enjoy an extensive wine list of 300+ labels and 40+ by the glass, curated by our sommelier team.

About the Role
As a Section Waiter, you will take ownership of your section and ensure every guest receives polished, warm, and professional service. From refined table service to confident wine presentation, you will play an essential role in upholding our high standards.
You'll also collaborate closely with our sommeliers, giving you a chance to deepen your wine knowledge and work within one of the Coast's strongest wine programs.
An immediate start is available for the right person.

Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of food and wine pairing
* Experience managing your own section in an elegant dining environment
* Minimum 6–12 months as a section waiter in premium dining
* Passion for guest experience and the ability to build rapport naturally
* Familiarity with advanced service techniques and proactive problem-solving
* Australian work rights required
