About the Opportunity:
Our Therapy Services team is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to work in our Ascot hub.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life
Utilise your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Experience:
A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
