About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the business, responsible for expanding the client base and forging strong, long-lasting relationships.
* $90,000 - $120,000 + Super + uncapped comms
* Full-time permanent role with an ASAP Start

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a growth strategy
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
* Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients
* Prepare and manage sales contracts
* Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices
* Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in transport, freight forwarding or 3PL warehousing
* Proven experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships
* Solid time management and planning abilities
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field is highly desirable
