What You'll Do:
* Support the WA team in growing the member base and strengthening relationships with existing members
* Represent the organisation at industry events and build relationships with medical students and early-career doctors
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver WA-based events, including liaising with venues, suppliers, speakers, and internal teams
* Provide operational support to help achieve state sales growth targets
* Gather market and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive results and continuous improvement
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience in business development, sales, account management, or client engagement, ideally within healthcare, medical insurance, or related sectors
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
