About the Role
As a Senior IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to person for advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and project delivery while also supporting the team pitching in on the day-to-day essentials that keep things running.
The work is practical, varied, and impactful and is perfect for someone who's technically strong, dependable, and thrives on being involved in every layer of IT (not just the glamorous parts).

Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
* Configure and deploy workstations, servers, and networking gear.
* Physically install and mount equipment - monitors, access points, security devices, etc.
* Participate in on-site builds, cabling, racking, and device setups.
* Support deployments of new systems and contribute to testing and rollout plans.
* Contribute to internal tools and scripting (Python, Java, or similar).
* Step in wherever needed - high or low-level tasks - to keep the business running smoothly.
What You Bring
* 3+ years in IT support or infrastructure, with proven senior-level technical ability.
* Strong networking skills: TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, wireless access points.
* Confident across Windows, macOS, Linux environments.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure or hybrid cloud setups.
* Scripting or programming experience (Python, Java, or similar).
* Physically capable of on-site installs, lifting gear, and hands-on build work.
* Able to work independently, problem-solve under pressure, and communicate clearly.
* A strong sense of ownership, humility, and a "no task too small" mindset.
