About the Role
You will be working with qualified buyer leads and assisting clients in purchasing off-the-plan and newly completed properties across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound buyer enquiries (REA, Domain, WeChat, Google)
* Present property projects (display suites, open days, private consultations)
* Build and maintain client relationships using CRM systems
* Guide buyers through the purchase process (contracts, finance basics, etc.)
* Work closely with senior sales managers to close deals
What We're Looking For
* Valid working rights in Australia (Citizen / PR / Visa holders)
* Real estate certificate (or willing to obtain NSW Assistant Agent Certificate)
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Sales-driven mindset and proactive attitude
* Bilingual (Mandarin / Korean / Vietnamese) is highly advantageous
* Driver's licence and car preferred
