About the Role
* Deliver person-centered care to seniors in residential aged care homes
* Promote a positive culture through interactions with residents, staff, and their families
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Aged Care Standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willingness to obtain
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
