Our Brand Manager – Menu & Innovation leads the development and validation of menu and product opportunities that drive growth, strengthen brand perception and unlock new customer occasions. Sitting within our Marketing Innovation team, you'll turn customer insights, cultural trends and strategy into commercially viable menu ideas, taking concepts from idea through to real-world testing and delivering clear recommendations for national launch.

ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL

* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field
* 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally in QSR, FMCG, retail or other customer‐led environments, with Brand Manager experience highly regarded
* Proven experience leading innovation, product or proposition development from ideation through to validation and handover
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret insights and turn them into action
* Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align and drive outcomes across cross‐functional teams
* Highly organised with strong planning, problem‐solving and attention to detail
* Able to balance customer, brand, commercial and operational priorities
* Proactive, accountable and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
* A genuine passion for food and a curiosity for trends and innovation, with a drive to bring new ideas to life

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR BRAND MANAGER – MENU & INNOVATION

* Own end-to-end development of menu initiatives, from ideation through to validated, execution‐ready handover
* Identify growth opportunities across core menu, limited time offers (LTOs), new occasions and emerging consumer needs
* Build compelling product propositions grounded in consumer insight and brand strategy

Champion Consumer Insight

* Lead consumer‐led thinking across all initiatives
* Design and deliver research programs, including concept testing and pricing and proposition evaluation, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Drive Cross‐Functional Delivery

* Lead cross‐functional teams across Research & Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Insights
* Ensure initiatives are feasible, scalable and commercially viable
* Align stakeholders and balance customer, brand and operational priorities

Test, Learn & Validate in Market

* Design and execute test markets to evaluate product experience, operational feasibility and commercial performance in real‐world conditions
* Develop lightweight go‐to‐market assets to support test markets (e.g. in‐store, digital or CRM touchpoints)
* Monitor results and turn learnings into clear recommendations to scale, iterate or stop

Enable National Launch Readiness

* Define what "launch‐ready" looks like and deliver clear handovers to go‐to‐market teams
* Partner with brand and channel teams to ensure smooth transition into execution

* Manage budgets, timelines and approvals, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards
* Track performance and embed learnings to continuously improve
