Sales Leadership Role
msg global is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth in key sectors across ANZ. This strategic leadership position combines solution expertise, business development, and sales acumen to position us as the preferred SAP partner for food and agribusiness transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for SAP Dairy, Meat & Fish, and PaPM solutions in ANZ.
* Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to contract closure.
* Achieve or exceed annual revenue and margin targets.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to regional leadership.
Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across dairy, food, and process manufacturing value chains.
* Build a strong pipeline through proactive engagement, SAP ecosystem collaboration, and industry networking.
* Establish partnerships with SAP ANZ, system integrators, and key industry associations.
* Serve as the trusted advisor to C-level and senior executives, articulating how SAP solutions deliver measurable business value.
* Maintain long-term relationships to drive account expansion and renewals.
Solution Expertise:
* Develop a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP PaPM, SAP Dairy Management, and SAP Meat & Fish industry solutions.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
* Stay informed about SAP's roadmap and competitive trends in the food and agriculture space.
* Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Collaborate with global msg centers of excellence to leverage global expertise locally.
* Represent msg global at SAP and food industry events across ANZ.
What We're Looking For:
We seek a seasoned professional with:
* 10+ years in enterprise software or SAP solution sales, with 5+ years in the food or process manufacturing sector.
* Proven track record selling SAP S/4HANA, SAP PaPM, or SAP Industry Cloud solutions.
* Experience engaging senior executives in the dairy, meat, or seafood industries.
* Strong sales acumen and deal-closing ability.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Deep understanding of supply chain, production, and profitability processes.
